Reservation, Cancellation and Payment Policy.

Payment - We gladly accept Cash or cheque.

Booking - We recommend that you schedule your Wellness & Beauty Care treatment at least one week in advance for a better chance of booking it on your preferred date and time.

Cancellation Policy - Please understand that because we offer mobile spa services direct to your location, it requires a fair bit of planning and preparation prior to the appointment date. We also hold your preferred date and time and do not double book. For these reasons, we do respectfully require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations.

Disclaimer - The spa treatment given here is for the purpose of stress management, reduction of muscular tension, developing the body awareness and facilitating the body's metabolism. The spa technician does not diagnose illness, disease or any other physical disorder. Please keep the technician updated to your medical condition and understand that there should be no liability on the therapist or the institute's part should you forget to do so. If you have a specific medical condition or specific symptoms, massage or certain spa treatments may be contraindicated. Additionally, the therapist or the institution is not liable for any property damaged or stolen in or outside of your property. It is also understood that any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances made by client (you) will result in termination of the session immediately and the client (you) are liable for payment of the entire scheduled appointment.
